Eating right made simple


Years ago when I started my healthy living journey I really struggled with not knowing what and when I should eat. Anyone else know the feeling? I know I'm not the only one because there is so much information out there it can be overwhelming and hard to know where to start. Each and every one of us deserves to look and feel AMAZING. Not just okay or fine.... like really freaking amazing. I think a lot of us have tricked ourselves into thinking that its normal to have aches and pains or discomfort... but its not! It usually means there is something going on inside that isn't right.


What I have learned over the years is that you really need to give your body a break from food and give it a chance to reset each day. Eating even if its small amounts of food from morning until bed time can be a real problem when it comes to your digestive system and letting your body heal and it can also lead to packing on the pounds if your not careful as well. Did you know that you can potentially loose weight just by giving your digestive system a good break each day? I definitely did not back then but I wish I did because it would have made life a lot easier for me.


Nutrition is the name of the game and eating right is the best way we can set ourselves up for success. What you put in is what you get out.
