Healthy Holiday Treats!

Anyone just love the essence of the holidays and the joy it brings to so many? As much as I am not into the crazy, gluttonous side of Christmas, I really love everything else that comes along with it.... especially the baking! One thing I found early on in my healthier living journey was that I wanted to still be able to enjoy yummy treats like ones I had always enjoyed before (cutting out the bad stuff from my diet) but I didn't want the immediate regret that I would get when my stomach would scream at me right after - or the days of fatigue and digestion problems because I caved that one time. So today in the spirit of the holidays my girl Danni and I have put together a list of some of our favorite holiday treats for you to enjoy so you can indulge a little more this season without the guilt of knowing what your eating isn't good for your body!


Each link will bring you to the recipe along with the original recipe link. Some we have added in notes based on personal preferences... or just because we have found other great ways to utilize the recipe.
