Oreo Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 1/2 cup of non-dairy milk

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 1 tsp-1 tbsp of nut butter

  • 1 tbsp of flaxseed

  • 1 scoop of Greens Balance

  • 1/2 cup of ice

 

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 of a banana

  • 2 scoops of Strawberry Protein Powder (sub-Vanilla Protein Powder + 1/2 cup of strawberries)

  • 1 tbsp of almond or cashew butter

  • 1 scoop of Fibre Boost

  • 1 scoop of Greens Balance

  • Ice cubes (as desired)

 

Banana Chocolate Shake

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate almond milk

  • 1 banana

  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 tbsp of almond butter

  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder

  • 1 Scoop Greens Balance

  • 6 ice cubes

Pumpkin Spice Shake

  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 4 oz of organic pumpkin purée

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • A dash of pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves (to taste)

  • 1/2 cup of pecans

  • 1 tbsp of chia seed

  • 1/2 cup of ice

Mint Chocolate Protein Smoothie

  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk

  • 2 scoops of Mint Chocolate Protein Powder (sub for chocolate protein powder + 2-3 drops of peppermint extract)

  • 1 cup of ice cubes

  • 1/4 blueberries (optional)

Pina Colada

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/2 cup of ice

Iced Coffee Protein Drink

  • 1 cup of brewed coffee

  • 1 large banana

  • 1 tablespoon of smooth natural peanut butter

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 1 cup of almond milk

Creamy Sweet Potato Smoothie

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond or cashew milk

  • 1 cup cubed, peeled cooked frozen sweet potato

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen zucchini pieces

  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Optional:

  • 1 Scoop Protein Boost (unflavoured)

  • 1 Scoop (soluble) Fibre boost

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)

 

Lemon Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries

  • ½ frozen banana

  • ¼ avocado (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 

  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond or cashew milk

Optional:

  • 1 Scoop Vegan Protein Boost

  • 1 Scoop Fibre boost (soluble)

 

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • ½ frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon finely ground flaxseed

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup

  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

  • ¼ teaspoon ginger

  • ¾ cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup crushed ice
